Tyco 711P Marine Conventional Optical Smoke Detector

The Tyco 711P 516.900.101 is a microprocessor-based, conventional optical detector offering features designed to extend the shelf-life of the detector and reduce installed costs to customers. Tyco 711P 516.900.101 is EN54, MED and IACS approved, making it suitable for land applications as well as Marine. The intelligent 711P smoke detector comes with built-in drift compensation. Once the drift compensation limit has been reached, i.e. the detector has become too dirty to operate at the same sensitivity, the detector will automatically adjust the sensitivity to allow it to continue operating.

Tyco 711PH Marine Conventional Optical Smoke And Heat Detector

The Tyco 711PH 516.900.102 is a microprocessor-based, conventional optical smoke and heat detector offering features designed to extend the shelf-life of the detector and reduce installed costs to customers. Tyco 711PH 516.900.102 is EN54, MED and IACS approved, making it suitable for land applications as well as Marine. The intelligent 711PH high-performance optical/heat detector behaves in the same way as a normal optical detector, but only when a rapid rise in temperature is detected does the sensitivity of the detector increase and the condition change.

Tyco 711H Marine Conventional Heat Detector Rate Of Rise

The Tyco 711H 516.900.103 is a microprocessor-based, conventional heat detector offering features designed to extend the shelf-life of the detector and reduce installed costs to customers. Tyco 711H 516.900.103 is EN54, MED and IACS approved, making it suitable for land applications as well as Marine. 711H uses both rate-of-rise and fixed temperature sensing. The 711H is a category A1R heat detector. A1 denotes a static response temperature of 54°C to 65°C (EN54-5). The suffix R denotes a rate-of-rise characteristic, but the fixed element provides a backstop for fires where the temperature builds up gradually.

Tyco 712H Marine Conventional Heat Detector Fixed 60°C
516.900.104

Tyco 712H Marine Conventional Heat Detector Fixed 60°C

The Tyco 712H 516.900.104 is a microprocessor-based, conventional heat detector offering features designed to extend the shelf-life of the detector and reduce installed costs to customers. Tyco 712H 516.900.104 is EN54, MED and IACS approved, making it suitable for land applications as well as Marine. 712H uses fixed temperature sensing. The 712H is a category A1S heat detector. A1 denotes a static response temperature of 54°C to 65°C (EN54-5). The suffix S denotes that the detector does not respond at a lower temperature, even at high rates of rising air temperature.

Tyco 601F-M Marine Conventional Flame Detector
516.600.007

Tyco 601F-M Marine Conventional Flame Detector

The Tyco 601F-M is a conventional type flame detector, designed and approved for use in Marine applications. 601F-M forms part of the 600 series of conventional detectors. The 601F-M flame detector, by virtue of it’s operating wavelength and flicker discrimination, is insensitive to normal environmental influences. For outdoor use, a solar blind detector (e.g. the Tyco FlameVision FV411F) should be used.

Tyco 713H Marine Conventional Heat Detector Fixed 90°C
516.900.105

Tyco 713H Marine Conventional Heat Detector Fixed 90°C

713H uses fixed temperature sensing. It is a category CS heat detector. C denotes a static response temperature of 84°C to 100°C (EN54-5). The suffix S denotes that the detector does not respond at a lower temperature, even at high rates of rising air temperature.

Tyco 631H-F Marine Conventional Fixed Temperature 90°C Heat Detector
516.600.033

Tyco 631H-F Marine Conventional Fixed Temperature 90°C Heat Detector

The Tyco 631H-F is a fixed temperature 90°C heat detector. Heat detectors offer an acceptable, but less sensitive alternative to smoke detectors if environmental conditions rule out their use. Tyco 631H-F 516.600.033 marine fixed temperature heat detector detects abnormally high (static) temperature. It uses two networked thermistors in a bridge configuration to provide a fast response that depends on the absolute temperature reaching 90°C. The fixed temperature heat detectors are ideal for use where smoke detectors and rate-of-rise heat detectors are unsuitable; for example (kitchens and boiler rooms).

Tyco 601P-M Marine Conventional Optical Smoke Detector
516.600.201

Tyco 601P-M Marine Conventional Optical Smoke Detector

The Tyco 601P-M is an optical smoke detector, capable of detecting the visible smoke produced by materials which smoulder or burn slowly, i.e. soft furnishings, plastic foam etc; or smoke produced by overheated but unburnt PVC. The Tyco 601P-M marine optical smoke detector is particularly suitable for general applications and areas where cable overheating may occur, e.g. electrical services areas. It is not suitable for detecting fast burning fires producing little visible smoke or very black smoke. The 601P-M novel design of the asymmetrical sampling chamber and signal processing techniques stop unwanted alarms caused by very small insects. i.e. thrips.

Tyco 601PH-M Marine Conventional High Performance Optical Smoke Detector
516.600.202

Tyco 601PH-M Marine Conventional High Performance Optical Smoke Detector

The Tyco 601PH-M is a optical smoke + heat detector. These high performance detectors react to the complete range of fire products, from slow smouldering fires, producing visible particles to open flaming fires producing large numbers of very hot smaller sized aerosols. Tyco 601PH-M (516.600.202) design incorporates a unique “mousehole” optical chamber with an unrivalled signal to noise ratio providing high resilience to dust and dirt which means reduced servicing costs.

Tyco 601H-R-M Marine Conventional Rate Of Rise Heat Detector
516.600.203

Tyco 601H-R-M Marine Conventional Rate Of Rise Heat Detector

The Tyco 601H-R-M is a rate of rise heat detector. Heat detectors offer an acceptable, but less sensitive alternative to smoke detectors if environmental conditions rule out their use. Tyco 601H-R-M marine rate of rise heat detector detects abnormally high rate of rise of temperature. In many environments, e.g. kitchens, canteens and boiler rooms, sudden, large changes in temperature are considered normal therefore rate of rise detectors are generally not suitable in these cases and a slower response fixed temperature detector should be used.

Tyco 611H-F Marine Conventional Fixed Temperature 60°C Heat Detector
516.600.214

Tyco 611H-F Marine Conventional Fixed Temperature 60°C Heat Detector

The Tyco 611H-F is a fixed temperature 60°C heat detector. Heat detectors offer an acceptable, but less sensitive alternative to smoke detectors if environmental conditions rule out their use. Tyco 611H-F 516.600.214 marine fixed temperature heat detector detects abnormally high (static) temperature. It uses two networked thermistors in a bridge configuration to provide a fast response that depends on the absolute temperature reaching 60°C. The fixed temperature heat detectors are ideal for use where smoke detectors and rate-of-rise heat detectors are unsuitable; for example (kitchens and boiler rooms).
